If you read my blog a lot, you know that I am an occasional exerciser. I have bought numerous items to work out with and joined numerous memberships such as Daily Burn & Planet Fitness and I just cannot get my butt in gear. Well between looking at some old photos from last year and hearing about how I need to tone things up from others I have decided to do the Brazilian Butt Lift workout that I purchase about a year ago for 30 days straight. I do not like how I have let my body go and I am sick of hearing about how big I am getting from other so I am taking control to get my body in shape by the summer hopefully. In addition to doing the Brazilian Butt Lift I plan to try to fit in some Daily Burn workouts as well as Planet Fitness time at least twice a week after the boys go to bed. This is going to make my days even more hectic but if it helps me get healthier, I can deal.
These photos are from today. Yeah, so from the pictures you can see why I need to get my butt into gear. I did two Brazilian Butt Lift workouts that lasted a little over an hour and I had to constantly take a break. Just a few months ago, I could make it through a session without one pause. Therefore, I am very much out of shape. I hope in a week I will be back in tune with that – it has been some months since I have used this workout.
I will probably update you with my progress once or twice a week. I am going to do photos once a week just so I can see if what I am doing or not. I have taken photos of some of the equipment I will be using, which include 5-pound dumbbells, 5-pound ankle weights, a resistance band, thigh wraps, and a stomach wrap. Today, I am weighing in at 150.8 and I hope in 30 days I will be at 135-140 range.
