I am anemic and probably have other health concerns too. I know that it is important for me to take vitamins to keep my iron levels up but I find it hard doing so. I may do good taking them daily for close to a month and then I just fall off from taking them. The main reason is that I cannot swallow pills so I have to crush them up or empty the capsules and the taste is just horrid, even when mixed into cinnamon applesauce.
When I heard about the Whole Food Women’s Multivitamins , I thought that I should try them after reading the ingredients and seeing that there was no aftertaste and seeing that customers were rating them very high on Amazon.
The capsules shipped and arrived quickly, which was a huge surprise. Therefore, when they arrived I figured I would go ahead and try them since they obviously would cover all of my health needs. When smelling the bottle (yes I smell vitamins) I could tell that they were packed with something. The smell was strong. Based on the smell I assumed that they would have a nasty aftertaste yet to my surprise, they did not.
When I mixed the capsules inside of some applesauce, I could taste the vitamins. However, once I was done I did not have the lingering taste inside of my mouth for hours like I have experienced with other vitamins.
Overall, I am pleased with the quality of these Whole Food Women’s Multivitamins and I would highly recommend them to other women who are looking for a vitamin that they will not dread taking every day.
