At the beginning of the month, I did a blog post about how I was preparing for Fe Fit. Well, life got in the way and I was just able to get started on the workout today. Now since I have started I will be continuing the program for the next 90 days, which will hopefully have my body ready for the summer.
As you can see, I am not in shape at all. My focus is on my thighs and my stomach, as they definitely need to slim and tone down in order for me to even consider wearing dresses this summer.
What I Experienced Today
I am not going to lie I have not worked out in a while. Therefore, before we were even ten minutes into the video I was tired, before twenty minutes in, I was sweating bullets. At close to thirty minutes in I was ready to sit down and drink some water. However, I made it all the way through and after resting for about an hour I was ready to jump back into my routine.
I have 89 more days to go and I am hoping after a week in, it will become easier for me. I did enjoy the workout though as it was geared towards moms and I was familiar with some of the workouts from the Brazilian Butt Lift workout. I did forget to weigh myself before the workout but my after workout weight was 157.2. I hope to lose about 25 pounds or so over these next three months and I hope the results start showing after a month (this is when I will redo my measurements).
Overall, day one was tough. However, I am determined to be ready for summer.
What part of starting a new workout routine do you think is the hardest?
