For the next couple of weeks I am going to be on a new workout routine by the name of Fé Fit . Let us face it, summer is about to be here and I have not worked out since 2014. My body is not summer ready in the least and by summer I want to look good naked.
In the past, I have tried various workout routines and gave up. However, this one asked me to measure myself before starting and let’s say I am disgusted with the results.
My Stats as of February 2nd 2015
- Weight – 161.4
- Waist – 31 ½
- Hip – 35 ½
- Right Bicep – 11 ½
- Left Bicep – 11 ½
- Left Thigh – 23 ½
- Right Thigh – 23 ½
- Right Calf – 15
- Left Calf – 15
Oh and it gets worst
- 11 pushups in one minute (below average based on my age (24))
- 22 sit ups in one minute (below average based on my age (24))
- 61 jumping jacks in one minute(I couldn’t find a guide on this)
- 28 squats in one minute (good based on my age (24))
Why I Am Giving, Fe Fit a Try
Despite the fact that my oldest son is two, I still have the love handles and no flat stomach from being pregnant. In addition, in my opinion my thighs are extremely too big. Now, do not get me wrong, I do not want to be a stick figure but I also realize that I need to tighten and tone things up, especially if I ever want to be happy with my physical body appearance. Therefore, when I saw the opportunity to try Fé Fit I hopped on it.
Why I Am Unhappy With My Results
Based on the fact that I am 5 “11 and 161.4 pounds it does mean that I am within my healthy body weight. However, this weight ranges from 133-179. Therefore, if I am not careful when eating I could easily be overweight. Therefore, my goal weight is 140 and I hope to achieve it with this program. The last time I tried a workout program I was in the 153ish range so now it is definitely time for me to start getting in shape and these numbers encourage me to make them look better.
What is Fe Fit?
Fé Fit is a 90-day workout program that you can do at home to flatten abs, firm and tighten glutes, and get rid of arm jiggle. I do not have arm jiggle but if I do not get my butt into gear soon I will probably experience that too.
Well, this was just the pre-preparing for the workout session. I am going to be working out at night after the kids are in bed or either in the mornings before they get up. I am unhappy with what I discovered about myself today and I am determined to make a change in my body. Since I have not started the workout, yet I will do before photos in my next update post.
Have you ever measured yourself and found yourself unhappy with the results? What did you do?
