Nothing makes you want to get back into your workout routine like seeing the numbers on your scale increase daily. For the past month, I have been so busy that I had stopped weighing myself daily and I was not working out at all. I even have been skimping on purchasing healthy food items so you can imagine how much my body has changed in just one month.
The last time I stepped on the scale, before my most recent disappointing encounter, I was weighing 139.4. However, the other day when I stepped on the scale I was 155.6. This was a huge wakeup call for me to get my butt in gear. Since that reading, I have made it my business to work out at least seven minutes a day, thanks to an app called “Seven” and I have recently started using the Aurorae Fitness Resistance Band Set so I can do other exercises throughout the day when I take breaks as well.
I work from home full time so it is important for me to work out or my weight will get out of control. Some like me at the 130 range while others prefer me at 160. However, for me to be happy with myself, I prefer to stay in the 145ish range, even though my ideal goal is a little lighter. Anyways, now let’s discuss Aurorae Fitness.
What is the Hype about the Aurorae Fitness Resistance Band Set?
Ever since my first time experimenting with the Brazilian Butt Lift workout I knew that I needed a high quality resistance band set. However, since I get majority of my exercise stuff from Amazon I always tended to avoid investing in a set because they were either too cheap with bad reviews or too expensive with mixed reviews. I didn’t want to waste money on a product that would not live up to its expectations.
When Aurorae contacted me, I went to Amazon first; to see what type of reviews others had left for them. I was shocked to see that their lowest rating was three stars. Therefore, I concluded that either the product would be just okay or I would love it a lot.
One thing that really stuck out to me was that the Aurorae Fitness Resistance Band Set comes complete with padded handles, door anchor, ankle strap, a guidebook, and a carrying case. The best part is you can get all of this for less than $30.00. Sounds too good to be true, right? That is what I thought too.
Level of Resistance
- Yellow – 2 to 4 pounds
- Blue – 4 to 6 pounds
- Green – 10 to 12 pounds
- Black – 15 to 20 pounds ( what I started with)
- Red – 25 to 30 pounds
Giveaways 4 Mom Thoughts
When the package arrived, I was swamped with work and other things so I just opened it and verified everything was there. I was surprised that the guidebook actually includes simple yet effective exercises to do with the bands, so the next morning; after the kids left, I got dressed in some fitness clothes (VS Sport Line from Victoria’s Secret) and got to work.
What a workout. I went through a few of the exercises for about 15-20 minutes and I felt great. The resistant bands are of good quality, no popping of the bands or anything like that, and having the guidebook made it easy for me to get started using them.
Overall, I am pleased with the Aurorae Fitness Resistance Band Set and I look forward to keeping them a part of my workout routine for a while.
