Technology has come a long way since it was first introduced into the world. It can be used to make a full-time income, start a new career, or even bring in some extra cash. A couple of weeks ago I shared a few methods to earn some extra cash to get your money back that you spent over the holidays. Nevertheless, today I wanted to share a few ways with you that feature how I have personally made over $200 online.
Fiverr is a site you have probably heard about throughout the web and seen ads too. Many veterans talk badly about this site as it is very hard to make a full-time income from Fiverr only (don’t get me wrong some have accomplished this). However, I feel that it is a great site for someone who is just trying to make some extra cash and are already working a full-time job. You can easily pull in an extra $200 bucks here per month (possibly more) depending on how much time you put into it.
Success Tips – I happen to be a Top Rated Seller and have been for about two years. My main tips are to create gigs that take you about a minute or less to do, but are in demand. As you go up in levels, you can start adding in things that are more complex because then you have the ability to charge what your services are worth. Additionally, when possibly deliver as quickly as possible (the same day if you can, but you don’t have to automatically do a 24 hour delivery). This will get you a ton of positive reviews that rave about your quick delivery times so you can advance in the Fiverr search engine.
Lastly, market your gigs every day. The share buttons are already included so all you have to do is hit share once a day and this only takes a few seconds.
UpWork (formally ODesk), featured me as one of their top earners two years ago. I only do a minimum amount of work through them currently, but they still bring me in more than $200 per month.
Success Tips – You have to fill out your profile as much as possible (don’t be afraid to brag about your skills), add in a professional photo, and take some of the tests that compliment your skills (all of the English tests are recommended in my opinion). Also, spend about twenty minutes a day looking through the jobs and applying so you can always keep your profile in the eyes of clients. It is also good to try to reply to any client messages or contract offers within 24 hours (preferably the same day).
If you have a blog (even if it is small/new), Escalate Network is an excellent way to earn. You can earn by displaying the coupon widget (which is a good source of income for high traffic blogs), advertising their offers, or referring others to join the network. You earn a commission off everyone you signup that is approved indefinitely. Therefore, once you have a good team working the network and getting good results, you could easily bring in $200 that way alone. However, the offers that they have available for sharing are all honest and ethical, so you won’t have a problem generating income by promoting them either. You may even find (like me) that you already have experience with the products and services that they have available for promoting.
Success Tips – Open the emails from your account managers. They will send periodic emails of new offers, limited time offers, hot coupons and more. I also recommend spending about 2 hours per week promoting the offers if you want to see results.
