As we are in the 21st century, you’d think by now we would be flooded with all the best apps on the market that money can invest in. As crazy and useless ideas that exist, such as the Pet Baby app and Karaoke for Kids app, why isn’t there one practical for us moms?
As I was sitting here this weekend stressed out from a long week of work and kids screaming; I started to wonder why I didn’t have any wine at home. I know there are wine delivery services available, but it isn’t helping me with my needs. Below are four app’s I think we need to have out for our phones right now.
The App That Automatically Orders Your Wine
Why isn’t there an app that can connect to one of my many online project boards? It should detect how much work I’ve done in any given week, and auto detects how much wine I’ve drunk. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a new bottle or two of your favorite wines magically appear at your door just in time?
I wouldn’t even mind an app that I had to populate how many glasses of wine I’ve had in a given day. I’d gladly update it so that it’ll keep my wine stocked right.
It’ll also be helpful if this wine app could order just the right number of red and white wines when I’m expecting company over. Just put in how many guests are coming and the types of food I’m serving, and presto, wine delivered within 48 hours.
A Dating App that Works
I know I recently wrote about dating tips as a single parent, but let’s get real. Many of us are on dating apps. Wouldn’t it be nice to have one that tells you how to hold that first conversation? What about to tell you when it’s a great time for him to meet the kids? Or how about an app that tells you when it’s time to run?
The App that Tells You How to Dress
I’ve also seen plenty of app’s that help you coordinate your own wardrobe. You can take pictures of all the items in your closet, then mix and match to create that perfect outfit. But what about when you have an event to go to? Rather than calling your best friend up and sending her countless photos, why can’t there be an app for that?
Why can’t we input the type of event we are going to so the app can suggest the best outfit based on what’s in your closet? I love Pinterest, but trying to find my outfit by searching best outfits for said event takes hours upon hours to do.
The App that Tells You How to React to Your Kids Statements
How many times have you listened to your kids hold an entire conversation with their friends and wonder what in the world it was they were talking about? I wish there were an app I could just hold up and let it translate some of these conversations… even just a phrase or two. Maybe then I’ll know if I should be upset or laugh at what they are talking about. Typically, I have the wrong reaction.
I don’t think I’m asking for too much. We just want app’s that can identify with our needs. What app is there that you wish were on your phone right now?
