As a mom of three boys, it can be hard to stick to schedules because anything could happen when kids are involved that throws you off your schedule. One thing that I find always seems to change is the sleep schedule, especially when it comes to my four-year-old. He has times when he goes to bed with his brothers and actually goes to sleep, but then other times he is trying to stay up close to midnight, which can be especially frustrating since I have to be up at 5am to start prepping to get everyone off to school.
Luckily, I found out about The Baby Sleep Site and decided to share three reasons why they are now my go to resource when it comes to getting ideas for getting my toddlers to sleep.

The Chat Room
For me, I find that I get the best solutions to my problems when I am interacting with someone who has already experienced it or is currently doing something to fix it. However, chat rooms have become less common these days, so it’s hard to get that real time interaction in with other people.
The Baby Sleep Site puts an end to this in their member’s chat room. (Sign up for a membership plan here to access the member’s area). In the chat room, you can chat with other parents, vent, get advice, and more. The cool thing is on certain days and times sleep experts chime in and provide some general advice. However, if you prefer more in-depth and personalized email or phone consultations, The Baby Sleep Site has that available as well.
The Express Sleep Plan
Are you someone like me who wants to have something that is customized to you instead of wasting time looking for a solution that doesn’t relate to your lifestyle? If so, The Express Sleep Plan would be a great option for you. It’s currently for sale for $39 (for members) and $49 (for nonmembers) and by answering some simple questions you can get a customized sleep plan for your child. This allows you to have a relevant step by step guide that is more likely to result in the results you desire.
While I do enjoy the benefits that come along with becoming a member of The Baby Sleep Site, I have to admit that their free resources are beneficial too. They have a free app available for Android and Apple so you can get suggestions and tips when on the go. Other things I found useful include the sample schedules, custom plan generator, and the free eBooks.
These are just three reasons why I think The Baby Sleep Site is an awesome site and encourage you to check it out. You can find this to be a valuable option as the occasional visitor or a paid member. From the tele seminars to articles to even assessment quizzes, by visiting this site you are on your way to regaining your nights back and getting your child on a sleep schedule that works.
