Suffering from back pain is no joke. It can happen during any stage of your life and back pain reduction products are always well received. Trust me, I know, I’m 25 and I suffer from back pain from time to time and I would love to wake up on Christmas morning to a new heating pad or back massager.
As you know, I like to suggest gift ideas that will be used. Therefore, today I am sharing five stocking stuffers that those who suffer from back pain will be pleased to find in their stockings on Christmas morning.
Assortment of Products from Salonpas
Recently, I was introduced to the Salonpas brand. And what from I have experienced from their pain relief patches, back pain sufferers will love this product line. They have an assortment of products such as gels, sprays, and patches that are sure to help the back-pain sufferer in your life out a ton. The products are all priced affordably and if you shop via Amazon Prime some of their products are available with prime shipping, which means you still have time to order and receive this last-minute stocking addition before Christmas.
OxyRub Pain Relief Cream
I first tried this product over a year ago and shared the wealth with my aunt and mom and we all are now hooked. My mom also suffers from back pain as she does a lot of heavy lifting on her job and my aunt suffers from arthritis and both, in addition to myself, found this to be a great cream for temporarily relieving pain. OxyRub does run about $20 for a 2-oz. tube, but you can be sure that the back-pain sufferer in your life is going to use it until it runs dry.

Tens Handheld Electronic Pulse Massager
My mom tried this product out about two years ago, and it is still running strong until this very day. It really helps her relieve pain and when she uses it she says she can feel the tingling running through her fingertips. While I do think, this is a great stocking stuffer, I’m sure it’s not compatible for those with certain health conditions, so make sure you casually find out if this is something your recipient can use before you purchase this idea. It runs about $20 and even though the box is too big for most stockings you can open it up and rewrap it so it fits in nicely.
I tried out the Spoonk mat a couple of months back and while I’m not a huge fan of it and it’s not my first product I grab when my back starts hurting, my mom is in love with the travel sized one that I gave her, so I figured I would add it to the list. This stocking stuffer would be recommended for those who need acupuncture while traveling (since the travel sized one is small enough for a stocking). However, you can also purchase the full sized Spoonk as a regular Christmas gift.

Body Back Massage Company Massage Roller Ball
Are you purchasing a stocking stuffer for a significant other? If so, surprise them with a massage roller ball, which you can use on them on nights when their back is sore. It’s easy and comfortable to use and it is the perfect tool to help them release their tired and stiff muscles while you give them the ultimate massage.
Final Thoughts on Back Pain Stocking Stuffers
These are just five ideas when it comes to giving a useful stocking stuffer to a back-pain sufferer that you can be sure that they are going to use. They do vary in price, but majority, of the products on this list range from $15-$50 so you won’t break your budget giving them a gift they will love.
