CBD has become all the rage in recent years – especially CBD for sleep.
I’ve used CBD infused skincare products, CBD gummies, and even tried a few CBD infused drinks. One thing I can tell you is that CBD can provide some great benefits and countless studies have demonstrated the potential benefits of CBD use also. Therefore, today I wanted to take some time to discuss the benefits of CBD.
Is CBD dangerous?
Let’s discredit one myth about CBD now. Major, accredited publications have performed studies on CBD.
One such publication is the World Health Organization. The World Health Organization confirmed that CBD has no potential for abuse or dependence. This conclusion confirms what the CBD industry has said for many years.
Now let’s look at some of the potential benefits you may experience when using CBD.
As someone who works full time from the computer, there’s no surprise that I suffer from wrist pain.
Also, I have occasional back pain, which I do see a chiropractor for, but in-between visits and for my wrist pain I find that CBD cream works wonders for me. My current brand is Kindurth.
It’s easy to use, nonmessy, and it gets to work quickly.
I do know that some people experience pain relief from gummies and oils, but I personally feel as though topicals get the job done quicker.
Working from home all of these years and with the pandemic really turning me into a hermit, my anxiety always seems to be through the roof whenever it’s time for me to do something outside of my home or go somewhere that’s more than 5 to 10 minutes away from my house.
You won’t believe how long it takes me to work myself up to doing something as simple as going to the nail salon.
Anyways, I have found that CBD gummies are a great remedy for my anxiety. I’ll take one or two 20-30 minutes before I know I am going to be leaving the house and do some breathing techniques while I wait for them to kick in.
My go-to brands for CBD gummies are Diamond CBD and Just CBD.
Short-term studies have shown that CBD does indeed have the potential to reduce anxiety, but doctors do admit that to prescribe it medically clinical trials need to be carried out.

Helps with sleep issues
CBD also has the potential to help those who have trouble falling or staying asleep.
Early studies show that there is a connection between CBD and sleeping. However, more research needs to be done to determine exactly what the connection is and if there are side effects that will result.
The only thing about using CBD for sleep issues is that there are just so many products on the market. After trying about a handful of CBD sleeping products, I found that the one that works the best for me is Kindurth’s Sleep Gummies.
They taste great and they kick in quickly.
As I mentioned earlier, I’ve tried CBD-infused skincare products and I’ve had great results. From facial masks to body oils, CBD is definitely a permanent staple in my skincare routine.
One of my favorite infused skincare products is Bliss Body Oil, which works great for massages or general body oil, due to its nongreasy properties and quick absorption.
I find that CBD-infused skincare products keep my skin hydrated and even in the case of oils, they don’t leave my skin feeling oily.
Also, thanks to CBD’s anti-inflammatory properties it can be useful for reducing acne.
Should you consider adding CBD to your lifestyle?
Based on the benefits of CBD that have been proven, there’s no doubt that CBD can be considered a fantastic addition to anyone’s lifestyle.
The advantage it has over various pharmaceutical treatments is that there are no side effects and it doesn’t provide any form of intoxication, which is one of the side effects of medical marijuana.
You may be surprised at the CBD benefits you experience
When trying something new for the first time it can be nerve-wracking. I’ll admit I used to be skeptical about CBD when it first started being introduced because there wasn’t much information available about it – thankfully that’s changed now.
Thankfully, I gave it a try. Because now after using CBD for a few years I have gotten some great benefits from it. I would say that the rage surrounding CBD is for good reason and the list of benefits is only growing.
