CBD has become all the rage in recent years – especially CBD for sleep. 

I’ve used CBD infused skincare products, CBD gummies, and even tried a few CBD infused drinks. One thing I can tell you is that CBD can provide some great benefits and countless studies have demonstrated the potential benefits of CBD use also. Therefore, today I wanted to take some time to discuss the benefits of CBD.

Let’s discredit one myth about CBD now. Major, accredited publications have performed studies on CBD.

One such publication is the World Health Organization. The World Health Organization confirmed that CBD has no potential for abuse or dependence. This conclusion confirms what the CBD industry has said for many years. 

Now let’s look at some of the potential benefits you may experience when using CBD. 

Pain relief

As someone who works full time from the computer, there’s no surprise that I suffer from wrist pain. 

Also, I have occasional back pain, which I do see a chiropractor for, but in-between visits and for my wrist pain I find that CBD cream works wonders for me. My current brand is Kindurth.

I do know that some people experience pain relief from gummies and oils, but I personally feel as though topicals get the job done quicker.

CBD also has the potential to help those who have trouble falling or staying asleep. 

Early studies show that there is a connection between CBD and sleeping. However, more research needs to be done to determine exactly what the connection is and if there are side effects that will result.

The advantage it has over various pharmaceutical treatments is that there are no side effects and it doesn’t provide any form of intoxication, which is one of the side effects of medical marijuana.

When trying something new for the first time it can be nerve-wracking.  I’ll admit I used to be skeptical about CBD when it first started being introduced because there wasn’t much information available about it – thankfully that’s changed now

Thankfully, I gave it a try. Because now after using CBD for a few years I have gotten some great benefits from it. I would say that the rage surrounding CBD is for good reason and the list of benefits is only growing.
