Good workout leggings can be hard to find. ESPECIALLY if you do a lot of your clothing shopping online.
The bad news is I have wasted a few bucks on leggings that were see-through, had crappy waistbands, or had crazy sizing.
The good news is through my trial and error process I’ve been able to find some brands that don’t disappoint and don’t charge Victoria Secret prices AND I’m sharing them with you today.

Georgia Black Leggings From Ivy Sisters
These high waist leggings are one of the more expensive ones on the list, but they are worth every penny.
The material is great, they are well made, and they include side pockets (which is a must for me when doing outdoor runs).
However, it is important that you pay attention to their size guide. I’ve dropped down to a medium in most leggings, however, for these a size large was needed to get that perfect fit.
I even got a matching sports bra and I have to say it instantly has become my new favorite.
Overall, my only complaint about the Georgia Black leggings from Ivy Sisters is the waistband has no tummy control.
Don’t sleep on Amazon’s clothes!
The ShinyStar Seamless High Waisted leggings were a gift to myself for dropping 20 pounds. Easily, the best money I’ve ever spent on myself.
While I’m usually not a fan of cotton legs (most make it look like I wet my pants after a running workout) I’m really glad I took a chance on these.
I did a half-hour run and a 45-minute weight session and my pants remained dry.
Plus, the design is super cute.
I came across these leggings (or the design at least) when I was on Dealspotr.
The thing though is the company advertising there was charging 3xs what I ended up paying for them on Amazon. I’m not sure who created the leggings originally, but anyways.
When I purchased them I initially didn’t think they would be worn as workout leggings because from the photos they look kinda thin.
But, once they arrived…OMG, these are like the most comfortable leggings ever AND they are great for running.
I kept seeing Pop Fit on Instagram and Facebook about six months ago.
I usually never order from ads I see on social media because in the past it has resulted in waiting months for the order to arrive AND then when it does arrive the sizing is so off that the clothes are useless.
But, it was just something about Pop Fit. Plus, at the time they were having a just pay shipping sale on your first order so I was like why not.
So, I have had these leggings for a while and they make the list because they are great workout leggings.
I will admit the quality of the sewing isn’t the best as both sides have become a little unstitched and you want to make sure that you order a size up.
Speaking of Facebook ads, since you’re reading this post I’m assuming that you’ve had workout leggings ads pop up on your Facebook and if that’s the case you’ve probably seen numerous ads for these leggings.
Well, while I obviously don’t look the way the models in the videos look in them, these are some solid leggings.
I’ve done all types of workouts in them and never any problems.
Don’t yell at me.
I know technically this is a romper and not leggings, but I had to include it. This thing is comfortable.
I’m going to go ahead and say that I haven’t tried running in it. But it is great for things such as the ab wheel, yoga, and strength training exercises.
This outfit was originally purchased to go on a date night.
However, it has no tummy control so I had to resort to using it as a workout outfit, which by chance it is great for.
Conclusion: Treat Yourself to These Workout Leggings
If you’re looking for workout leggings that look good, fit great, and most of all aren’t see through these are the ones to consider.
They all have different price points so whatever your budget is you can definitely find a style that’s right for you.
