Fitsticks Review: Easy Fitness For Moms and Kids

Fitsticks may be the product that your family needs to get everyone up and moving.

Both kids and adults can use them to work out OR burn off energy AND they are super easy to put together and disassemble.

Recently, we had the experience to try them and I wanted to share how it went with you all today.

Fitsticks Review

What are Fitsticks?

Fitsticks are a fitness product that was created to help kids stay active, and healthy, and burn off extra energy from the comfort of their homes.

It’s the perfect kid’s fitness product for rainy days, or days when the kids are just stuck inside with a ton of built-up energy.

The company believes that activity helps kids feel better and improves their ability to focus AND Fitsticks were created with these goals in mind.

Plus, despite their target audience being kids, moms can use them too.

The intended exercises are very simple, safe, and low impact while being effective.

With this fitness product, you and your kids can avoid the gym and get active at home at a very affordable price!

Why kids need Fitsticks

Let’s face it, all young kids are going to need to get their wiggles out one way or another.

Sometimes going to the park isn’t an option so you have to find a way to keep them entertained and tire them out in the house.

Fitsticks is the solution to this!

Why moms need Fitsticks

Can’t find time to go to the gym or having trouble creating the perfect workout routine at home?

Fitsticks is a product that can help you start moving daily.

You can easily assemble them and use them in the living room while keeping an eye on the kids OR you could get in a few reps while cooking dinner.

Don’t let not having time to go to the gym or having a home gym stop you from starting your fitness journey and reaching your fitness goals.

How to assemble Fitsticks and how to use them

Assembling Fitsticks is pretty simple. Once unpackaged you just screw together the handles, add water to the canisters, and add the canisters to the base.

My two youngest boys have created a video that shows the assembly process and provided a quick demo.

Fitsticks Review

My two younger boys love the Fitsticks.

They are super easy to assemble (the boys can assemble them themselves) and they don’t take up much space at all.

There are multiple ways that you can work out with them and they definitely help them get rid of excess energy.

While on the topic of energy, I will go ahead and alert you that if your kids are super hype one issue you may run into is the blue canisters may pop out of their bases when in use (even when full of water). However, thankfully, the solution to this is to use a standard, store-bought gallon container of water.

Conclusion

Overall, Fitsticks is a fitness product that the entire family can benefit from. Moms can use them to fit in quick workouts throughout the day to ensure they keep moving AND kids can use them to stay active and burn off excess energy.
