Spinach and shrimp are two things that I’ve been obsessed with lately. They are great ingredients when you’re trying to create a low-calorie meal and they taste amazing.
I created this one-pan recipe when I was about to make a spinach and shrimp casserole and realized I was out of cheese.
It’s under 200 calories per serving and takes just a little over a half-hour to make.
What You Need to Make One-Pan Spinach and Shrimp
- 2 bags of shrimp
- 3 bags of spinach
- Old bay seasoning
- Accent
- Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Instructions
Step 1: Heat large pan on medium and spray with Olive Oil cooking spray
Step 2: Sauté the shrimp for 5 minutes and season with Old Bay seasoning
Step 3: Add in the spinach and cook for 30 minutes and season with Accent
Optional: Serve with Texas Toast and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 bags shrimp
- 3 bags spinach
- old bay seasoning
- accent seasoning
- olive oil cooking spray
Instructions
- Spray a large pan with olive oil cooking spray and heat on medium
- Season shrimp with old bay and saute for 5 minutes
- Add in shrimp and season with Accent
- Cook for 35 mins
