Spinach and shrimp are two things that I’ve been obsessed with lately. They are great ingredients when you’re trying to create a low-calorie meal and they taste amazing.
I created this one-pan recipe when I was about to make a spinach and shrimp casserole and realized I was out of cheese.
It’s under 200 calories per serving and takes just a little over a half-hour to make.
