If you’ve been thinking about purchasing a massage gun the OPOVE M3 Pro Max massage gun is probably one that you’ve come across. 

It’s used by everyday people who experience aches and pains, fitness enthusiasts, and even those who work out at close to an athlete’s level. 

I’ve been researching different massage guns for a few months now to try to implement it into my cool-down routine after running or working out. I must tell you that there are so many options available. Therefore, when OPOVE reached out to me about testing their M3 Pro Max massage gun I was thrilled.

What is the OPOVE M3 Pro Max Massage Gun

The OPOVE M3 Pro Max massage gun is an easy-to-use massage tool that aids in relieving muscle pain and soreness. It’s typically used by athletes and those who workout. It is a lightweight wireless device that takes about 2 hours to charge and lasts for about 4 hours when fully charged. Its specialty is full-body deep tissue percussion massage. 

What Comes Included?

When the massage gun arrives it comes in a very eye-catching box and then has a protective carrying case so you can easily travel with it. I really love how much attention they gave to their branding.

Inside the carrying case you’ll find:

• 5 interchangeable applicators
• 1 adapter
• 1 user manual 
• 1 trigger points therapy for myofascial pain manual – This tells you how to perform trigger point therapy on various areas of the body. 

Massage Gun Features

As I mentioned earlier this is my first massage gun so don’t scream at me if you think these features should be pretty standard for all massage guns. The features that I love about the OPOVE M3 Pro are:

• It’s lightweight, which makes it easy to travel with.
• The case makes it easy to keep everything stored together neatly and makes it so it doesn’t need to take up a bunch of space.
• It’s not very noisy so you can actually enjoy the massage.
• The battery lasts for up to three hours so you don’t have to charge it before each use.
• It’s easy to use for beginners 
• It’s easy to clean

How Does The OPOVE M3 Pro Max Massage Gun Work?

This percussion massage device is super easy to use. Upon receiving it you’ll need to charge it for 2 hours to get a full charge and then you’re ready to go. 

The pamphlet included lets you know which attachments work best for areas you want to work on and it also tells you how to use the device on each area to get the best results. 

It is a very lightweight device so you can manage to do the massage yourself or if you’d like you could have someone else do it for you so you can relax. 

Once finished, you just wipe it off with a clean (dry or slightly damp) cloth and store it back in the storage case until it’s time for your next massage session. 

OPOVE M3 Pro Max Massage Gun Review

Since I’m currently expecting I wasn’t able to give the massage gun a try just yet.

I did some research and it seems like it’s okay to use it on your neck and shoulders when pregnant, but the instruction manual said don’t use it if pregnant so I decided I’d rather be safe than sorry. 

However, the good news is my partner was more than happy to test out the OPOVE M3 Pro Max Massage gun since he works a very physical job that requires heavy lifting and leaves his neck, shoulders, and back sore. 

He started off using the attachment for the neck and shoulders.

Then he moved on to using the attachment for the feet. 

He finished off using the attachment for the back and waist.

Out of all of the attachments tried he enjoyed the feet one the best. Additionally, he found that the ‘1’ setting was more than enough strength to work out the kinks. He tried moving up to the ‘2’ setting and that was a bit intense. 

Overall, this is a product that he would recommend to others. 

The only thing to take note of is when you’re finished using it you want to make sure that the off switch is off on the bottom of the device or it will drain the battery and you’ll have to wait 2 hours for it to charge before you can use it next. 

Closing Thoughts

Overall, the OPOVE M3 Pro Max Massage Gun is a great percussion massage device that is a great first massage gun. It comes equipped with everything you need and is very newbie friendly. 

So far my partner is enjoying using the device to unwind after work and I’m looking forward to adding it to my cooldown routine after the baby is born.
