Sausage and Tater Tot Casserole is the perfect dish for the entire family for breakfast or brunch. I recently made it for the boys and they absolutely loved it, therefore, I figured I’d share it with you all today.

Sausage and Tater Tot Casserole Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 2 lbs of tater tots
- Shredded Cheese
- Turkey Sausage
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Grease baking dish
Cut sausages up
Put salt, pepper, eggs, cheese, and sausages into a bowl and mix together
Layer tater tots in your baking dish
Pour egg and sausage mixture over tater tots
Add remaining tater tots on top.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
Top with shredded cheese and cook for 5-10 additional minutes
