SimplyCodes Review: Do The Codes Really Work?

Do you wish you had a simple way to access discount codes when shopping from your mobile devices?

SimplyCodes may be the iOS extension that you need.

Today, I wanted to share my SimplyCodes experience with you so far so you can see if it’s an iOS extension or Chrome extension that will benefit you when you’re shopping.

What is SimplyCodes?

SimplyCodes is an iOS extension and Chrome extension that provides you with codes that simply work.

They are a branch of the same company that created DealSpotr.

They’re a newer company, but are constantly adding new stores and coupons each week so you’ll be able to have access to coupons for the things that you need and the things that you don’t!

How to Use the SimplyCodes iOS Extension

iOS 15 came with the upgrade of being able to use browser extensions in Safari.

Simply go to the App Store and search “SimplyCodes” and download.

Once on your iPhone’s desktop, you’ll open it and be redirected to add the extension to Safari.

You don’t have to keep the extension enabled all of the time by “managing your extensions” in Safari.

Plus, once enabled you can learn more about how SimplyCodes handles the privacy and security of its users.

I’ve been using the Chrome extension version of SimplyCodes for a few months now and when iOS 15 was released I started using the iOS extension version too.

I’ve found that they work great on eCommerce sites, but they don’t really have coupons for major sites such as Amazon and Walmart.

However, thanks to SimplyCodes I was able to save 20% at Nanobebe when stocking up on baby essentials and 10% at SendaCake when getting my mom’s birthday cake.

I’ve also seen some great discounts show up when ordering DoorDash, but they weren’t applicable for what I was ordering (mostly due to the order minimum requirement not being reached).

Since I do work online I don’t keep the Chrome extension enabled all of the time, due to the popups, but I find enabling SimplyCodes on both Chrome and Safari when shopping to be super easy, which is a great benefit for those who don’t want to have it enabled all of the time.

SimplyCodes Review

I have used other online shipping tools in the past and regularly use a cashback shopping tool Chrome extension.

However, what I find with SimplyCodes is their codes are more likely to work since they are a newer company and are still focused on creating a quality shopping tool. Other more established shopping tools are filled with nonworking coupon codes because they let their tool pretty much run on autopilot now since they’ve already built up their user base.

There may be coupon codes on SimplyCodes that no longer work.

However, with their algorithm the newer, more likely to work codes, are always at the top, so you know fairly quickly if you’re going to find a working code or not.

Lastly, I love how they are upfront about their privacy and security terms.

You don’t have to go searching for the fine print to see what they are doing with your information.

Also, they don’t keep track of your browser history or sell your data.

That’s right, no need to create an email address for using their extension because you won’t start being spammed with a bunch of random emails from companies that you have no interest in.

Overall, I am pleased with my experience with SimplyCodes so far and do recommend that you download them (it’s free to do so) because you have nothing to lose and you could gain by potentially saving yourself a few dollars during your next online shopping trip!

Who Do I Recommend SimplyCodes To?

The good thing about SimplyCodes is anyone who wants to save money when shopping can use it.

Since you don’t have to always have it enabled, both heavy and casual online and mobile shoppers can benefit from SimplyCodes.

They are a newer company but are constantly adding more stores, coupons, and even new features.

With the holidays coming up I recommend that everyone installs the iOS extension or Chrome extension to make sure that you’re able to get the most out of your holiday shopping budget this year.

Plus, when compared to Honey, Capital One Shopping, and RetailMeNot, you are more likely to find a working coupon code when using their shopping tool.

Simply Codes did not work in my iPad. There was no AA in the address bar. Subsequently I could not advance to the next step. My experience is if a website has trouble in the initial setup it is NOT trustworthy, your information is at risk. I do not recommend Simply Codes. It simply didn’t work on my iPad.
