April is National Grilled Cheese Month and April 12th was also National Grilled Cheese Day. Grilled cheese is a personal favorite of my kids, however, since it is National Grilled Cheese month I thought that we should do a new twist on a classic favorite. Therefore, today I’ll be sharing with you the Stuffed Grilled Cheese Toaster recipe which includes ingredients that can easily be purchased from your local Food Lion.
Why Shop at Food Lion for Your Ingredients
Before jumping into the grilled cheese recipe, I just wanted to discuss some reasons why you should consider shopping for your groceries at Food Lion.
- Employees Are Willing to Help: Have you ever gone grocery shopping and need help locating something but find that all of the employees seem to be hiding or on break? This isn’t the case when shopping at Food Lion. They always have plenty of employees available throughout the aisles and whenever I’ve needed help locating something they’ve always expressed a willingness to help. They even take you directly to where something is located vs just pointing and giving instructions.
- Budget Friendly Food Options: With their MVP deals you can stock up on your food essentials without breaking the bank. They always seem to have some 10 for $10 deal going when it comes to pantry staples.
- Savings Even Without an MVP Card: Forgot your card at home…no worries. Cashiers are always prepared to help you out. I always tend to forget my card in the car or at home. However, cashiers at Food Lion always have my back with a card to swipe so I can take advantage of the deals.
Overall, when you shop at Food Lion you can have peace of mind knowing that they are a trusted neighbor in the community, will have fresh and good options available for you each and everytime you shop so you can keep your family nourished, and even though many food options are budget friendly you never have to worry about sacrificing when it comes to the quality of your food.
