During the summer months, it can be hard to stay on top of your health.
The kids are out of school, schedules are more relaxed, and it’s easy to fall out of your normal routine.
Therefore, it’s even more important that you make sure you’re taking the proper vitamins during the summer.
Here are some vitamins to consider taking during the summer months.

Vitamin D
Unless you work a job where you spend the majority of each day outside, you’re probably not getting enough Vitamin D.
It wasn’t until my latest pregnancy when my midwife mentioned Vitamin D supplements that I learned that the Vitamin D generated from the sun often isn’t enough.
However, understandably, no one wants to take a bunch of pills each day, which is why I recommend Superior Source. Their Vitamin D vitamin is dissolvable (so there are no pillows to swallow), small, and sugar-free. You can purchase them at iHerb, Lucky Vitamins, or Amazon.
Vitamin B12/B6
Do you suffer from anemia?
If so, you may want to consider taking Vitamin B12 and Vitamin B6.
Some people even find that when they add these vitamins to their routine that they have more energy, which is definitely needed when you’re trying to be active and keep the kids entertained during the summer months.
Superior Source has both vitamin options available for you AND they are 90% smaller than other vitamins.
Vitamin C
It’s important to make sure you’re replenishing your Vitamin C daily since it cannot be produced by the body.
Vitamin C makes sure that your skin and bones are healthy while also boosting your immune system.
If you select the Superior Source Vitamin C 500 mg Sour Cherry Melts as your Vitamin C vitamin brand you’ll notice that compared to their competitors they have a smoother less acidic taste, which may be attributed to the small amount of sodium used.
Multi-Vitamin
Multi-Vitamins make it so you don’t need to take a variety of vitamins every day.
One vitamin can contain the 11 vitamins and nutrients that your body needs including Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and Vitamin B.
It’s no secret that most people are deficient in various vitamins AND find it hard to get all of the needed ones through their diet.
With the Multi-Vitamin by Superior Source, you’re able to fill in the gaps in your diet.
Zinc
Zinc is an essential mineral that helps support multiple systems and functions within our body. Some studies have even revealed that it helps when recovering from the common cold.
Superior Source has Zinc Plus lozenges formulated with Vitamin C and Elderberry that give your health added protection.
Superior Source Vitamins. These Are the Vitamins to Take During the Summer Months
Just because the temperatures rise and you may get sick much less than in the winter, it’s still important to keep your health on your mind during the summer months.
Do some research and see which vitamins would be beneficial for you to take during the summer months.
